01 — Use of this website

Welcome to Tlalli

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Tlalli (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to use the website only for lawful purposes.

You may not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, introduce malicious code, scrape its content at scale, or use our website or products for fraudulent or unlawful activity. We may restrict access or cancel an order when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

02 — Products & availability

Small editions, natural variation

We take care to describe and photograph our fragrances as accurately as possible. Screens display color differently, and handmade or naturally derived elements may vary slightly from one edition to another. Product descriptions, imagery, and packaging may be updated without notice.

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item to your original payment method.

Fragrance ingredients may cause sensitivity in some people. Please review the product information, follow the instructions provided, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are for external use only unless expressly stated otherwise.

03 — Orders & payment

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it at our discretion, including because of inventory, payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or an error in product or pricing information. An order is accepted when we send a shipment confirmation.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated and displayed before you complete checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the full amount shown at checkout. If a pricing or calculation error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfillment and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

04 — Shipping & delivery

From our studio to you

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and charges are shown at checkout. Complimentary standard shipping may apply when the order subtotal meets the threshold advertised on the website, after discounts and before taxes.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect timing. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address supplied at checkout. If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can help.

05 — Returns & refunds

A considered return

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To begin a return, contact hello@tlalli.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Processing times vary by financial institution. Final-sale items and gift cards, if offered, are not eligible for return except where required by law.

06 — Intellectual property

Our work and materials

The Tlalli name, visual identity, product names, photographs, writing, graphics, packaging, website design, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Tlalli and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may browse the website and make copies of order records for personal, non-commercial use. No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, sell, publicly display, or commercially exploit our materials without our prior written permission.

07 — Liability

Reasonable boundaries

We work to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Tlalli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where Tlalli operates, without limiting any mandatory protections available to you where you live. Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
